We regularly host invite-only study sessions and networking events for individuals we've connected with through referrals.
This is a casual event open to everyone, regardless of your current job-hunting status.

For those interested, we’ll also be offering product demos and chances to learn more about what we do. Please note: The event will be conducted in English. Both CADDi’s international engineers and English-speaking Japanese engineers will be attending.Tokyo Office
  • The venue will open 15 minutes before the start of each session, and you are free to enter or leave at any time.
  • Drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and light snacks will be provided during the networking session.
  • Due to venue capacity, each session is limited to around 20 participants. If we reach full capacity, we may close registration.

CTO Aki
  • Stanford University Graduate School, majoring in Electrical Engineering. Worked at an aircraft and spacecraft development company in the U.S. during his studies.
  • Later led product development and factory audits for products like the iPhone and AirPods at Apple’s U.S.
  • Co-founded CADDi in late 2017.
 
VPoE Fujikura
  • Served at OGIS Research Institute in Silicon Valley, engaging in collaborative development projects with local startups.
  • After returning to Japan, he completed his master's degree in Intelligent Creative Systems at Kanazawa Institute of Technology. Joined Sansan in 2009 and became Executive Officer and CTO in 2019.
 
Engineering Mager Masa
  • 2005-2012: Simplex, Software Architect 2012-2013: Talknote, CTO 2015-2020: NewsPicks, CTO 2020-2024: Uzabase USA, CTO 2024-: CADDi, Senior Engineering Manager
 
 
Tech Lead Nicolas
  • Completed a degree in Information Technology at the university of Belfort (France) in 2006. Since then he has worked as back-end engineer consultant or employee in multiple industries (luxury, finance, private startup, governmental agencies and education) and multiple countries (Canada, France, Nederlands, Switzerland and Japan).
  • Joined CADDi in 2022 and current work as technical leader of the Workflow Engine team, responsible for the creation and maintenance of the main asynchronous batching platform used for Drawer product.
 
Engineer Chammika
  • Earned a PhD in Information Systems from the National Institute of Informatics, Tokyo, and transitioned from ASIC/FPGA design and Network-on-Chip research to software engineering.
  • Led development of large-scale marketing platforms and AI-powered applications as an Engineering Manager, driving revenue growth, scalability improvements, and cost reductions.
  • Joined CADDi in December 2024, currently focusing on enhancing the platform’s scalability to support rapid growth.
