Why you joined CADDi
While exploring new opportunities, I had several interviews in progress. I ultimately chose CADDi because of its strong technology focus—especially its use of Rust—and its commitment to work-life balance. I was also drawn to CADDi’s ambitious vision of becoming a global leader in manufacturing technology and was impressed by its rapid growth trajectory.
What truly stood out to me was my team—a diverse group of highly skilled engineers from different backgrounds, collaborating seamlessly to tackle complex challenges. Their passion and teamwork convinced me that CADDi was the right place to contribute and grow.
What you have done/you are doing at CADDi
On the Backend Platform team, I am focused on advancing our team’s goals by enhancing the capabilities of our internal Nucleus platform. My aim is to make it more intuitive and developer-friendly, enabling teams to work more efficiently and productively.

CADDi's engineers are driving innovation by building a robust and scalable platform that transforms the manufacturing industry. We are not just optimizing existing workflows but rethinking how data, automation, and AI can fundamentally improve procurement, cost estimation, and supply chain efficiency.
What makes the work both challenging and exciting is the scale and complexity of the problems we tackle. From designing resilient distributed systems to leveraging Rust for high-performance backend services, every technical decision directly impacts the efficiency and scalability of our platform. The diversity of engineering backgrounds within the team also fosters a unique culture of collaboration and continuous learning, pushing us to explore new approaches and technologies to drive meaningful innovation.
What are your hobbies and how do you spend your days off?
On holidays, I enjoy spending time with my family, relaxing at home, or heading out for some fun. I often go Go-Karting with my son, and during the winter season, we hit the slopes for some skiing.
