Rodion Moiseev
Profile
After receiving a master’s degree in computing engineering, Rodion joined a small Japanese venture as a backend engineer. In the early days, focused on log data storage and aggregation engine, then shifted to distributed architecture design. Later, lead a team of international engineers to build a new SIEM product. After finally discovering his passion for team management in an international environment, he made a move to join CADDi Inc, in February 2022 to help with their journey to globalization.
At CADDi, he is enjoying an array of responsibilities, starting from hiring global talent for the technology division, to managing an international team of engineers working on CADDi's flagship drawing management solution.
In his spare time, he is either going for a drive with his family, or visiting a bouldering gym!
コンピュータ工学の修士号を取得後、日本の小さなベンチャー企業にバックエンドエンジニアとして新卒入社。当初はログデータのストレージと集約エンジンの開発に携わっと後、分散システムの設計開発にシフト。その後、多国籍エンジニアのチームをリーダーとして新しいSIEMプロダクトの開発を担当。
多国籍な環境でのチームマネージメントの魅力を感じ、2022年2月にCADDiのグローバル化への旅に参画したく入社。入社後はテクノロジー本部のグローバルタレントの採用や、国際的なエンジニアチームのチームリーダとしてCADDiの図面管理プロダクト開発に携わっています。
オフの過ごし方は家族とドライブ、ボルダリングジムなど。
