新卒でSIerに入社し、様々なシステムの開発を経験。その後、toCでの開発に興味を持ち、宿泊・レストラン予約の会社の技術基盤チームで、全社共通API開発やクラウド移行PJなどに携わる。ブロックチェーン・暗号通貨の会社では、SRE部PlatformチームのTechLeadとして、取引エンジンの開発や横断的な技術課題に取り組む。より大きな社会課題を技術で解くことにチャレンジしたいと考えていたところ、キャディと出会い2020年6月に入社。
キャディでは、生産管理やサプライパートナーさん向けのプロダクト開発に携わった後、2021年7月に山田とPlatformチームを立ち上げ、「開発組織のポテンシャルを解放する」をミッションとして活動している。
Masaki joined SIer as a new graduate and experienced the development of various systems. Later, he became interested in toC system development and was involved in company-wide common API development and cloud migration PJ at a technology platform team of a lodging and restaurant reservation company. At a blockchain/cryptocurrency company, as TechLead of the Platform team in the SRE department, he worked on the development of trading engines and cross-cutting technical issues. He wanted to take on the challenge of solving larger social issues with technology, and that is when he met CADDi Inc. and joined the company in June 2020.
At CADDi, he was involved in production management and product development for partners, and in July 2021, he launched the Platform team with Yamada with the mission of " Unleashing the potential of the development organization".
