実施概要 / Details

キャディの提供する「製造業AIデータプラットフォーム CADDi」は、T2D3を大きく超えるグローバルトップクラスのスピードで成長しています。
今回はCTO 小橋、CTO Office室長 山田をはじめとする主要メンバーが参加し、当社の事業戦略やプロダクト開発における現場のリアルな挑戦について、クローズドな環境だからこそお話しできる「裏側」に触れながら、紹介させていただきます。
現場のメンバーとのカジュアルな交流を通じて、当社のカルチャー、開発体制、そして事業のダイナミズムを肌で感じていただき、ご自身の可能性を重ね合わせていただくきっかけとなれば幸いです。皆様のご参加を心よりお待ちしております。

プロフィール / Profile

Aki Kobashi / CTO
  • スタンフォード大学大学院 電気工学専攻。在学中、米国の航空機・宇宙機開発企業で勤務。
  • その後、Apple米国本社にて iPhone や AirPods などの製品開発および工場監査をリード。
  • 2017年末にキャディ株式会社を共同創業。

  • Stanford University Graduate School, majoring in Electrical Engineering. Worked at an aircraft and spacecraft development company in the U.S. during his studies.
  • Later led product development and factory audits for products like the iPhone and AirPods at Apple’s U.S.
  • Co-founded CADDi in late 2017.
Keiichi Yamada / Head of CTO Office
  • SIer、コロプラを経て2019年9月にキャディ入社。
  • 2つのプロダクト開発を経て、2021年7月にプラットフォームチームを組成。技術組織向けの横断的な活動とチームマネジメントに従事。
  • 2023年6月よりCTO Officeを立ち上げ、技術組織全体のポリシー制定やセキュリティ強化、採用活動に取り組んでいる。

  • Joined CADDi in September 2019, after working at an SIer and Colopl.
  • After developing two different products, established the Platform Team, focusing on cross-functional activities for the engineering organization and team management.
  • Launched the CTO Office, where responsibilities include defining policies for the entire engineering organization, enhancing security, and leading recruitment activities.
