Why you joined CADDi
I decided to join CADDi because I really believe in their big ideas for manufacturing. I see a lot of exciting growth happening in factories in Vietnam, and also in how technology is being used here. I was especially excited about how CADDi wants to use technology to change and improve manufacturing all over the world. It felt like a great opportunity to be part of something important and to grow my own skills in a challenging environment.
What you have done/you are doing at CADDi
When I first started at CADDi, I got to work on building several different projects. This helped me learn a lot and see different parts of the business. After that, I became a member of the Workflow Engine team, where I contributed to key systems.
Now, I'm working with the Analysis Platform team. Our main goal right now is to build a strong platform that makes it easy for the company to use Artificial Intelligence (AI) models. We want to make it simple to get these smart AI tools working and helping our business make better decisions and operate more efficiently. This platform will be a key part of how CADDi uses data in the future.
How CADDi's Engineers drive Innovation
At CADDi, engineers are always looking for ways to make manufacturing better. Think of manufacturing as a giant, important industry that powers so much of the world. We are trying to bring new ideas and modern technology to this industry to make it smarter, faster, and more efficient for everyone involved. We want to unlock its full potential.
We drive innovation by first understanding the real problems and challenges in manufacturing. Then, we work together, using data and our technical skills, to build new solutions. We believe in building strong foundations, like the data platforms we create, so that we can keep adding more advanced technologies and improvements over time. It's all about solving problems and building for the future.
What are your hobbies and how do you spend your days off?
I really love anything to do with technology and computer hardware – I find it all very interesting and I'm always curious to learn how things work. When I'm not working, I also really enjoy chatting and spending quality time with my friends, discussing new tech trends, or just catching up on life.
