Why you joined CADDi
I joined CADDi mostly because of Aki-san's leadership. I still remember the interview with Aki-san that, he said I would like to provide you a career path, not a job. There are a lot of jobs I can apply to, but not all of them are good for my career path. I think his approach was clever. CADDi is full of opportunities, and here I found myself growing my career path. That's why I joined CADDi

What CADDi's Engineers are trying to innovate
For me, I think everyone in CADDi has a super strong ownership. We are not only doing engineering work. We also care about the product, and how to support our business growth. An engineer could be the project driver.
How CADDi's Engineers drive innovation
I think I enjoy the process of being involved in how the project starts until release. The challenge is that it has to talk to many stakeholders before moving forward. Every project needs to be properly planned. It's very different than what I used to. Overall, I will say it's fun but hard for sure. It trains me to think in a full picture
