Why you joined CADDi

At that time, I was in Japan, looking for opportunities in Vietnam. I was introduced to CADDi and its business through an agency. After learning more, I became interested and applied. Through conversations with the teams, I was drawn to CADDi’s vision and the culture they are building, which led me to join the company.

What you have done/you are doing at CADDi

When I first joined CADDi, I was responsible for developing a tool for drawing translation, which helps translate technical drawings into multiple languages. After that, I joined the Quote project—a procurement solution developed by a cross-functional team with members from both Japan and Vietnam, providing services to multiple countries.

How CADDi's Engineers drive Innovation

We aim to digitalize the manufacturing industry in a broad sense. It’s often difficult to predict exactly which aspects we will improve. We work closely with our customers, listening to their needs and ideas. Based on those, we build proof-of-concepts and test them. If the solution proves effective, it can evolve into a product that we continuously enhance with new features and technologies, all to make manufacturing more efficient.

What are your hobbies and how do you spend your days off?

I'm still quite new to Ho Chi Minh City, so on my days off I really enjoy exploring different areas of the city—trying out local food, visiting new places, or just walking around to get a better feel of the vibe here. I also like spending time in coffee shops, where I usually read books, browse the web, or just relax and enjoy the atmosphere.
